It has excellent location and staff for a perfect stay in this hotel. A good restaurant for dinner is available.

Fast check in was good, excellent service overall. I used airport shuttle provided by the hotel too.

Our standard room with coffee/tea making machines, a sitting area and a work desk was luxury.

The room was exceptional and spotless with shower up, loved it.

Their staff were not very friendly.

Hotel is convenient and clean, has very good location and staff.

The hotel was the best base for enjoying a nice area, close enough to the airport as well as the shopping center. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a coffeemaker, a seating area and a writing desk. The breakfast was included and had variety of meals.

The hotel was relaxing, I liked the helpful staff and savoury breakfasts. The room was huge and brilliant, the bed was very clean.

Hotel had welcoming lobby. Staff provided great service and helped with baggage.

Overall, it's useful base for exploring Sofia attractions.

I loved my stay at this traditional hotel, immaculate rooms. Plenty of perfect items for continental breakfast. Lovely garden and great pool area.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

A good place to stay in an amazing area. Very central position with lovely views. The bed was lovely and the bedroom was great. Funny staff (as always). They provided amazing service too.

The hotel was basic and so clean. We ate at an average restaurant with hot food. Services included free WiFi.

staff and rooms were terrific, and this hotel was top-notch and overall clean. i liked a standard decor and functional furniture. comfy beds, spectacular views. the venue was in a green area. you guys made my stay pleasant enough.

It was right by everything and the view was NICE.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Big and very clean rooms, plus the staff is professional. As picky eaters we really loved to be close to lots of restaurants, went to menudo mexican grill couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

Breakfast was good, ok bed. Mehana pri bratovcheda was 10 mins walk away. We liked the food and rooms...

Hotel location was just walking distance from the mall. Venue was spotless❤
